Open the Projects module. Use the Board view to see tasks grouped in columns (To Do, In Progress, Done). You can create new tasks, assign them to teammates, and drag them between columns as you work. Who can do this: Project users.
How do I create and prioritize a helpdesk ticket? Projects_Helpdesk
Go to Helpdesk -> Tickets -> Create Ticket, provide title and details, then choose priority and SLA where required. Who can do this: Support users and permitted staff.
How do I monitor SLA compliance for support tickets? Projects_Helpdesk
Open Helpdesk -> SLAs and dashboard metrics to view breach risk, overdue tickets, and response performance. Who can do this: Support leads/Admin.
