Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of these terms

By signing up for or using kaziOS you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using kaziOS on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity that takes place under your account. Notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised. Administrators are responsible for managing user access within their organization's workspace.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use kaziOS to violate any law or infringe third-party rights.
• Attempt to access data, accounts, or systems you are not authorized to access.
• Reverse engineer, disrupt, or probe the service for vulnerabilities outside of a disclosed responsible-disclosure programme.
• Use kaziOS to send spam, malware, or fraudulent communications.
• Resell or white-label kaziOS without a written agreement with us.

4. Your data and content

You retain all rights to the data your organization puts into kaziOS. You grant us a limited licence to host, process, and transmit that data solely to operate the service and to provide the features you have enabled. You are responsible for obtaining any consents required from the individuals whose data you upload.

5. Subscriptions and billing

Paid modules are billed monthly in Kenyan shillings (KES) unless otherwise agreed. Prices exclude applicable taxes unless stated. You can change or cancel your subscription at any time from your workspace settings; changes take effect at the end of the current billing period. We may suspend access for accounts with overdue balances after a notice period.

6. Third-party integrations

kaziOS connects to services such as M-Pesa, Stripe, QuickBooks, WhatsApp, and Slack. Your use of these integrations is also governed by the providers' own terms. We are not responsible for issues arising from third-party services, although we will do our best to help you troubleshoot integration problems.

7. Warranties and liability

kaziOS is provided "as is". We work hard to keep the service reliable, but we do not guarantee that it will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability to you for any claim relating to kaziOS is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. On termination we will make your organization's data available for export for a reasonable period, after which we may delete it in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we make material changes we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you by email or an in-app message. Continued use of kaziOS after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
