How do I change plans or subscriptions?

Open Core -> Settings and check subscription details. For plan upgrades or changes, contact your account owner or support team.

What should I do if a subscription payment fails?

Confirm your payment method and billing email are correct, then retry payment. If payment still fails, open a support ticket with the failure timestamp and method used.

Where can I download billing invoices?

Go to Finance -> Invoices and filter for billed records related to your organization. Open an invoice and use the available print or download option.
